How to Delete a Yono Games Account Permanently

Most Yono games apps don't have a "delete account" button. To close a Yono games account permanently you need to withdraw your balance, ask customer support to delete the account, and remove your saved payment details. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account.

Step-by-step: delete a Yono games account

1. Withdraw any balance you can. Once the account is closed you won't be able to claim it. See how to withdraw money from Yono games.
2. Open customer support in the app (usually a headset or "Customer Service" icon on the account page).
3. Request deletion in writing. For example: "Please permanently delete my account registered to mobile number XXXXX and all my personal and bank details."
4. Take screenshots of the request and any reply.
5. Remove bank and UPI details from the account if the app allows it.
6. Change the password to a long random one and log out.
7. Uninstall the app, and clear its data first (Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear data).

Also clean up

• Revoke UPI mandates or autopay in your UPI app if you set any.
• Leave promo groups on Telegram or WhatsApp linked to the app.
• Block SMS senders that keep sending promotions.
